Gentlemen of the Senate :
We return to you the bill entitled an Act for the relief of
the Faculty of Physic of the University of Maryland, which
has just passed this House by yeas and nays, and beg to say
that this bill was heretofore sent to your Body by mistake,
and we request you to reconsider whatever action may have
occurred under the impression that the bill was properly
before you.
