The Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the removal
of causes, of Guardianships and Wardships from the Or-
phans' Courts of the counties of Somerset and Worcester, to
the Orphans' Court of Wicomico county, and to provide for
the sale of real estate by Executors and Administrators, resi-
dents in Wicomico county when such administration was
commenced in either of the counties of Somerset or Wicomico,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:

Commissioners of Dorchester county to levy a sum of money
on the taxable property of said county, to be refunded to the
Executors of Thomas Woolford, deceased, for taxes paid in
error,
