The question then being upon the adoption of the title,
Mr. Col ton submitted the following amendment:
Add at end of title the following :

Ridout, Joseph M. Parke, Richard F. Maffett, John E.
Bromwell, A. W. Bateman, Thomas H. Kemp, Richard
Tydings, Wm. Snowden, and John Snowden, Executors of
Rezin H. Snowden, deceased, Thomas E. Dell & Son, and
G. W. Cruikshank.
The amendment was adopted.
The question then recurring upon the title as amended,
It was adopted.
The bill was then sent to the Senate.
The bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
pay certain parties hereinafter named, for publishing the
Public General Laws passed at January session of 1866
and 1867.
