Section 2, lines 4 and 5, after the word ''State," strike

same line.

Section 6, line 2, strike out the word "misdemeanor," the
whole of the line, and to the word "upon," in line 3.

Section 8, line 4, strike out the word "keel," and insert the
words "top or overall."

Section 10, line 6, strike out the word "June," and insert

Section 13, line 5, strik out after "tackle," the words
