The Senate bill entitled an Act to aid in the establishment
of a hospital in connection with the Washington University
of Baltimore, and to appropriate money for the same,

Was read a third time.

Mr. Rose moved that the further consideration thereof be
postponed, and the bill made the order of the day for to-
morrow.

The question being upon concurring in the motion,
Mr. Keech moved the previous question.
