JOUENAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 24,

Section 108, line 14, strike out the word "ten," and insert
the word eight.

Section 109, line 6, strike out the word "ten," and insert
the word eight.

Section 110, line 12, strike out the word "ten" and insert
the word eight.

Which were severally read and adopted.

Mr. Devecmon submitted the following amendments :

Section 138, line 3, after the word "five," strike out the
word "hundred" and insert the word thousand.

Line 4, after the word "exceed," strike out the word
"three" before the word "million," and insert the word
five.

Which were severally read and rejected.

Mr. Devecmon submitted the following amendment :

Amendment proposed.

Section 143, line 6, afterword "condemnation" insert,and
any company formed under the provisions of this Act may
condemn a subterranean passage or tunnel through any lands
that it may be necessary to tunnel or make a subterranean
passage through in order to get to or have access to their
mines and minerals to transport the same to market.
