The further consideration thereof was postponed, and the
bill made the order of the day for Thursday, 26th inst.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments the second section of the Act of 1867, chapter 341, en-
titled an Act supplementary to an Act entitled an Act to
provide for the general valuation and assessment of property
in this State, passed at the extra session of the General As-
sembly, in the year 1866, chapter 157,
Was read a third time and rejected, (for want of a consti-
