the first day of December annually, specifying the amount
arising from each branch thereof, and the time when the same
shall have accrued, and exhibiting a view of the difference
between the amount of revenue accrued and the amount thereof
paid and received.

 

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the treasurer of the western
shore shall hereafter make up his annual reports to the first day
of December inclusive, in each and every year, and shall trans-
mit the same to the general assembly within ten days thereafter,
and shall include them all in one general report, and the said
report shall give a general view of all receipts and expenditures
both on the western and eastern shore, shewing the amount of
revenue received into the treasury for the preceding year, and
also whether the same accrued during the said year or other-
wise, and specifying the amount received from each branch of
the revenue.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the said treasurer of the
western shore shall in the general report aforesaid, make a state-
ment showing the amount of revenue which may have accrued
on the western shore on the first day of December in each year,
specifying the amount arising from each branch thereof, and
the time when the same shall have accrued, and exhibiting a
view of difference between the amount of revenue which may
have accrued in each branch thereof, and the amount of reve-
nue received, and each branch thereof.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the treasurer of the western
shore shall also, in the general report aforesaid, make a state-
ment shewing the whole amount of revenue which shall have
accrued on both shores of the state on the first day of Decem-
ber in each year, specifying the amount arising from each
branch thereof, and the time when the same shall have accrued,
and exhibiting a view of the difference between the amount of
revenue which may have accrued, and each branch thereof on
said first day of December, and the amount of revenue which
shall have been received, and each branch thereof on the first
day of December inclusive.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the treasurer of the western
shore is hereby authorized and required to cause to be printed,
one hundred and six copies of his annual general report afore-
said, in an octavo form, as far as may be, and transmit the same
with his general report aforesaid, to the general assembly.
