LAWS OF MARYLAND.— 1817.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said judge of the orphans
court in the execution of this act, .shall have and exercise all
the powers which are had and exercised by any judge of a
county court under the original act, and the several supplements
thereto.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all proceedings to be had by
any judge of the orphans court under this act, shall be by him
lodged with the clerk of the county court, within thirty days
thereafter, and the judges of the court shall proceed thereon

supplements thereto.

county court before the time appointed for the hearing of such
application by the judge to whom the same hath been or shall
be made.
