Every arrest made by constable on warrant in virtue of the act for the

 

speedy recovery of, made his duty to take bond for the appearance

 

of the person directed, and on refusal to give such bond may im-

MAGISTRATES' COURTS.

 

Governor, by and with the consent and advice of the senate, to appoint

 

the justices of the peace for every county, as that there shall be at

 

least three in every election district, and to appoint three of said

 

justices to be justices of a court to be held in each district, to be

 

styled district justices, and to reside in the district for which they
