Any person who shall falsely make, alter, forge or counterfeit, (or cause

or procure the same, or willingly assist in making, &c. or shall

utter, publish or pass knowing to be falsely made, &c. any warrant

or order for payment of any money, or delivery of goods or other

|
valuable articles, whether said warrant or order contain a simple

request to pay said money or deliver said goods, &c. with intention

to defraud, &c. shall be deemed a felon, and on conviction to be
