Where the court shall decree any sums of money to be paid out of any

 

funds, any person aggrieved thereby may within three months pray

No appeal shall be allowed from any decree of court of chancery un-

 

less it be a final decree, and upon an appeal from a final decree

 

within the time limited by law for such appeals, all previous orders
