AN ACT to regulate the Proceedings in Baltimore County Coon.
1833, ch. 202.
Repealed by 1834, ch. 96, sec. 2.

A further SUPPLEMENT to the ACT, entitled, an Act for the despatch of
Business in Baltimore County Court — 1834, eh. 88.

 

Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the provisions of the eighth section of the act to which this is a
supplement, and of the fifth 'section of the supplement thereto,
passed at December session, of the year eighteen hundred and
thirty, chapter one hundred and fifty-nine, and the provisions
of the act of December session, of the year eighteen hundred
and twenty-eight, chapter one hundred and twenty-seven, enti-
tled, an act for the compensation of the judges of Baltimore
county court, be, and the same are hereby continued in force for
the term of five years from and after the passage of this act, and
until the end of the next session of the general assembly which
shall be thereafter.

in Baltimore County Court. — 1834, ch. 96.

SEC. 1. Be it enacted^ by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Baltimore county court, at any term of said court held for
Baltimore county, out of the limits of the city of Baltimore, be
and is hereby authorized, if the same shall seem proper to the
court, to assign and appropriate such portion or portions of the
term for the transaction of the criminal business of the court, as
may appear to it most conducive to the public convenience.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the first section of the act
to which this is a supplement, be and the same is hereby re-
pealed; and that the second section of the said act be, and the
same is hereby declared to be in force only until the first
Monday of April next, and thenceforth to stand repealed.

SEC. I. Be it enacted, by the General Asembly of Maryland,
That the first, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth sections of the act
of assembly of eighteen hundred and twenty-eight, chapter one
hundred and sixty one, entitled, an act for the despatch of
business in Baltimore county court, be, and the same are
hereby repealed, except so much of the said third section as
relates to the payment of the jurors in said court; and that the
seventh, eighth/tenth, eleventh and twelfth sections of the afore-
said act, and also the act of eighteen hundred and twenty-eight,
chapter one hundred and twenty-seven, be, and the same are
hereby re-enacted and continued, except so much of the said
