AN ACT for the Protection of Firemen and of the Property of the Fire

SEC. 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland,
|

That from and after the passage of this act, any person or per-

wilfully

or other apparatus whatever for the extinguishment of fires,

belonging to any company in the city of Baltimore, shall be
