SEC. 17. And be it enacted, That if any auctioneer appointed

forfeits his

SEC. 18, And be it enacted, That if no person shall within

SEC. 21 . And be it enacted, That the sum of twenty thou-

SEC. 22. And be it enacted, That the moneys received from
