ASSESSMENT.

 

By the charter, the corporation has the power to order an assessment of

 

real and personal property when they shall deem it consistent with the

AN ACT to regulate Sales by Public Auction — 1827, ch. 111.

 

SEC. 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland,
