in each and every year, to the register of the city of Baltimore,

against, the number of judgments rendered in favour of the cor-

 

poration, for what amounts, and whether such judgments have

 

been appealed from, superseded or satisfied.

SEC, 4. And be it enacted, That no person shall hereafter be

the assessors' books.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted. That the mayor and city council
