ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY.

 

schools may pay to the trustees of any primary school district,

 

in which a school-house has not yet been erected, any sum of

 

money not exceeding two hundred dollars, without requiring the

 

certificates and proofs as aforesaid, and the said trustees shall

 

give bond to the said commissioners of primary schools, with

 

condition to apply the money so received by them to the build-

 

ing of a school-house in their primary school district, and to

 

Tender an account thereof to the commissioners, and in case any

 

surplus should remain in the hands of said trustees after build-

 

ing the school-house, it shall be applicable to the ordinary ex-

 

penses of the school.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That all moneys hereafter to be

all moneys, which shall be apportioned by the commissioners of

 

primary schools in Anne Arundel county, in virtue of the pro-

 

visions of the second and third sections of the act to which this

 

is a supplement, passed at December session, eighteen hundred

 

and thirty, chapter ninety-seven, and which shall remain un-

 

paid for the space of two years thereafter, either from the omis-

 

sion or neglect of the trustees of the primary school, entitled to

 

receive the same, to apply therefor, and to make the necessary

 

certificates to entitle them to the same, or from any defect in

 

such certificates, said moneys shall, after the expiration of said

 

term, be added to the moneys next thereafter to be apportioned

 

by the said commissioners, and shall be apportioned and paid

 

together with such moneys as aforesaid.
