Secondly, Upon complaint made on oath, of male-administration;
or upon conviction of fraud or
covin. |

In this case, letters so granted are to be revoked,
and letters of administration de bonis non
issued, to any person having a right thereto,
which second administrator is to call the first to
an account of his administration, by citation
before the commissary-general, or, in case the
offence be of a higher nature, by putting his
bond in suit. It is his duty to see, that wrongs
done by the former administrator be redressed,
and intended frauds prevented, to amend the
inventory and accounts accordingly, and to
strike a new balance for a foundation of his
future administration. |

TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATIONS.
There are three sorts of temporary administrations,
necessary to be treated of in this place;
the which, altho' out of the statute, yet are
grantable by law.
