No. XXXVI.

LEGATEE attempting to frustrate the Intention
    of the TESTATOR, to forfeit his Legacy.
 

    Item,--And my will further is, that in case
any of my legatees aforesaid, after my decease
institute, prosecute or promote any suit whatsoever
in law or equity, or otherways do attempt
to set aside, disappoint, frustrate or avoid
the effect of this my will, or of any disposition
by men therein made of my estates real or personal,
or of any part thereof, then and in such
case, my mind and will is that the said gifts
and bequests made to such of my legatees, who
shall so attempt to set aside or frustrate this my
will as aforesaid, shall be, and are hereby declared
to be null and void, and of none effect,
to all intents and purposes.
