To all to whom these present shall come send
greeting.--Know ye that on the
day
of
anno domini
by and before
A. B. gentleman, deputy commissary of
county, within our said
province of Maryland,
duly thereto constituted and appointed by
our commissary general and judge for probate of
wills and granting administrations, according
to the directions of the act of assembly in that
case made and provided, administration of all
and singular the goods, chattels and credits
which were of C. D. late of
county,
deceased, was granted and committed unto E.
F. of
county, he having first entered
into bond with sufficient sureties for the due
performance thereof, and also taken his oath,
well and truly to administer the same, to exhibit
a true and perfect inventory of the said
goods and chattels, and to render a just account
of his administration when he should be thereto
