aside, he be and appear before our commissary
general and judge for probate of wills &c. at
our prerogative court to be held at the city of
Annapolis, the second Tuesday in
next, to shew cause, if any he hath, why there
shall not be an execution of the decree that was
obtained against the said A. B.--Hereof fail
not, and have you then and there this writ.--
