We do therefore give and grant unto you the
said
full power and authority to administer all and
singular the goods, chattels, and credits of the
said deceased, (A) lying and being within
and to demand, collect, and
levy, and in legal manner require and receive
all and all manner of debt and debts, due and
owing to the said deceased and well and faithfully
to dispose of the same; and out of the
goods, chattels, and credits of the said deceased,
which have, may, or shall come to your
hands or possession, well and truly to pay the
debts due by the said deceased, so far forth as
the same will extend, and the law will charge
you, according to the true value of the sum
thereof, you having first taken your oath well
and truly to administer the same, according to
the tenor and effect, of the said deceased's testament,
and according to law; and to make or
cause to be made, a true and perfect inventory
of all and singular the goods, chattels, and credits |
