Letters of ADMINISTRATION de bonis non administratis,
on INTESTATE's Estates.


 

MARYLAND, sc.  The right honourable Henry
                                Harford Esquire, absolute
        lord and proprietary of the province of
        Maryland.
 
    To 
of            county, greeting--Whereas administration
of all and singular the goods, chattels
and credits which were of        late of
                county, decease, hath heretofore
been granted and committed unto
                                        of        county,
which said
is since also deceased without fully administering
the goods, chattels, and credits of the said deceased,
according to the tenor and effect of the
letters of administration granted the said
                                                as aforesaid; we
do therefore give and grant unto you the said
                                                        full power
and authority to administer all and singular the
goods, chattels, and credits of the said deceased,
lying and being within
and unadministered by the said
