an act of assembly of this province, entitled
" an act for the better administration of justice
in testamentary affairs," &c.--Now if the said
deputy commissary, shall well and truly execute 
the said office of deputy commissary of W.
county, and make due returns of all and singular
his proceedings therein to the office for
probate of wills &c. according to law, and
shall also indemnify and save harmless the
said commissary general from all damages that 
shall happen, by reason of any misfeazances
that shall be committed by him the said deputy
commissary, then this obligation to be void,
and of none effect, or else to remain in full
force and virtue.
