not the second son would have inherited the
land; in like manner shall the grand child, or
great grand child (either male or female) of the
elder son, succeed before the younger son.
 
    But if a man has only three daughters, C.
D. and E, and C. dies, leaving two sons, D.
dies, leaving two daughters, and E also dying
leaves a daughter, and a son, which son is
younger than his sister, here, when the grand father
dies, the eldest son of C. shall succeed to one
third, in exclusion of the younger, the two
daughters of D. to another third part in partnership,
and the son of E. to the remaining
third part, in exclusion of his elder sister.
