chapter 252. Ratified 1833.
So much of the Constitu-
tion of this State, as relates
to the division of Allegany
County into election dis-
tricts, be and the same is
hereby altered and amended,
so far as to authorize such
alterations and charges, as
may better suit the conven-
ience of the inhabitants of
said election districts.
Proposed by Act of 1833,
chapter 11. Ratified 1834.
So much of Smith's Island
as lies within the body of
Somerset County and forms
a part of the lower election
district therein shall, after
the passage and confirmation
of this act constitute a sepa-
rate and additional district
for holding elections in said
County.
Proposed by Act of 1835,
chapter 44. Ratified 1836.
So much of the Constitu-
tion of this State, as relates
to the division of Allegany
County into Election Dis-
tricts, be, and the same is
hereby altered and amended,
so far as to authorize such
alteration and division of
Said district number one as
may best suit the conven-
ience of the inhabitance
thereof.

chapter 259. Ratified 1836.
Sec. 1. All Such parts of
the Constitution and form of
Government Wereby Cecil
County has been divided
and laid off into four Sepa-
rate Election Districts be,
and the same is hereby re-
pealed.
