Richard Wallar, Robert
Dashiell, Charles Rider,
Jessie Walter, Perigrine
Weatherly and Samuel Wil-
liams of William and Caleb
Kennedy; be and they are
hereby appointed commis-
sioners to divide that part
of Somerset County lying
north of Wicomico River
including that part of said
county lying north of Tone-
tank Creek, into four elec-
tion districts and to number
the same.
Proposed by Act of 1831,
chapter 232. Ratified 1832.
So much of the Constitu-
tion of this state as relates
to the division of Baltimore
County into Election dis-
tricts be, and the same is
hereby altered and amended
so far as to authorize the
erection of an additional dis-
trict in said county to be
composed of parts of the
sixth and ninth Election dis-
tricts.
Proposed by Act of 1832,
chapter 92. Ratified 1833.
So much of the Constitu-
tion of the State as relates to
the division of Washington
County into election dis-
tricts, be and the same is
hereby altered and amended
so far as to authorize the
election of an additional dis-
trict in said County to be
composed of parts of the
first and sixth election dis-
tricts.
