Sec. 2. The election shall

be divided into Six separate
election districts.

St. Mary's County shall be
divided into five separate
election districts, and the
additional district shall be
taken and laid off from the
fourth election district as
they are numbered.

[The appointed commis-
sioners are] hereby author-
ized and appointed, or a
majority of them, commis-
sioners to lay off and divide
anew the fourth and fifth
election districts, or the fifth
district only, whichever they
deem will tend most to the
convenience of the voters in
said districts in Anne Arun-
del County, into not exceed-
ing three separate election
districts. . . .
