Sec. 1. All that part of
the Constitution, and form
of government, made such
by the act of Seventeen hun-
dred and ninety Eight which
directs that Prince George's
County should be divided
and laid off into five Sep-
arate districts be, and the
same is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. Prince George's
County should be divided in-
to Six Separate districts and
that the additional district
shall be laid off adjoining
and inbetween the second,
third and fifth districts.
Proposed by Act of 1816,
chapter 32. Ratified 1817.
Allegany County for the
purpose of holding all future
elections in the said county
shall be divided and laid off
into eight separate election
districts.
Proposed by Act of 1816,
chapter 35. Ratified 1817.
Dorchester County for the
purpose of holding all future
elections for Delegates, Elec-
tors of Senate and Sheriffs
of the foresaid County shall
be divided and laid off into
five separate districts.
Proposed by Act of 1817,
chapter 51. Ratified 1818.
The numbers and limits of
election districts in the City
of Baltimore shall always be
the same as the wards
therein.
