Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, [Maryland], Massachusetts, Michigan, Minne-
sota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New
Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Penn-
sylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia,
Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
Tennessee has no express reference in the preamble to its constitution, but
submits various dates in the language, "the year of our Lord."
No references whatsoever may be found in the New Hampshire or Oregon
constitutions.
Vermont's constitution has no preamble.
