INVESTIGATING COMMISSION.

Commission of seven to investigate conditions surrounding persons
disabled in industrial accidents, or through diseases, otherwise than
through wounds and disease suffered in the World's War, and to make
recommendations to the Governor, prior to June 1, 1928, for State
aid in the improvement of the physical or mental condition of persons
so disabled.
