OFFICERS' FEES—Ordered, That the Committee on Judi-
ciary inquire into the propriety of changing the
present mode of collecting, 19.

OHR, CHARLES H.— Senator elect, appeared and quali-
fied, 3.

Leave of absence granted, 6.

Entered on the Journal that if he had been
present when the vote was taken on the resolu-
tions approving the course of President Johnson
and Governor Swann, he would have voted in the
negative, 43.

Order adopted to pay, mileage, 88.

OLDSON, W. H. C. — House bill to change the name of, to
Harvey Oldson Palmer, read and referred, 159 ;
reported without amendment, read the second and
third times, and passed, 187; returned to the
House, ib.

OLIVE BRANCH LODGE—Leave granted to report a bill
to incorporate the, No. 104, of Odd Fellows, of
Somerset county, 117; bill reported, and read the
first time, 412; read the second and third times,
