GOOD INTENT LODGE, NO. 99, OF THE INDEPEN-
DENT ORDER OF ODD FELLOWS—House
bill to incorporate the, of Somerset county, read
and referred, 179; reported without amendment,
and read the second time, 228.

GORE, STEPHEN R.—House bill to pay, late collector of
taxes, in Carroll county, monies erroneously paid
into the State Treasury, read and referred, 598 ;
reported without amendment, and read the second
time, 675; read the third time, and passed, 759;
returned to the House, ib.

GOVERNOR—Committee appointed to wait upon the, and
inform him that the Legislature is prepared to re-
ceive any communication he may be pleased to
make, 7.

Order adopted, that his Excellency, the, be re-
spectfully requested to transmit to the Senate a
copy of the returns made to his office of the elec-
tion for a Senator held the 6th of November last, 9.
