Mr. Davis, of Caroline, moved a call of the Senate. Mr. Compton moved to suspend further proceedings under Determined in the affirmative by yeas and nays as follow : AFFIRMATIVE.
Mr. Philpot moved to take a recess until 4 o'clock; Mr. Maddox moved that so much of the reading of the bill Mr. Davis of Caroline, objected. Mr. Davis, of Caroline, moved a call of the Senate. The Sergeant-at-Arms was sent to inform the absent Sena- Mr. Bowie moved that further proceedings under the call Determined in the affirmative by yeas and nays as follow :
Mr. Davis, of Caroline, moved that the Senate adjourn. |
