Mr. Vickers, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
to which was referred the bill entitled, an Act to repeal Arti-
cle 63, Code of Public General Laws, relating to Militia,
submitted the following

REPORT:

The Committee on Judicial Proceedings report back the
bill, with a recommendation that the Senate recede from
their amendments.

Mr. Earle submitted the following message:

MESSAGE.

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We have received your message asking the Senate to re-
cede from their amendment to the Militia bill, and propose,
with the concurrence of your honorable body, a committee of
conference of one on the part of the Senate, and two on the
part of the House, as the readiest mode of consummating the

bill.

Mr. Trail moved that the Senate adjourn.
Mr. Tome moved a call of the Senate.
