In section 3, line 25, insert after the word "commissioner"
"after giving such bond and security as may be deemed suffi-
cient by the county commissioners of Baltimore county."

Section 11, line 26, insert after the word "clerk," and give
bond and security for the safe return of the same, or any other
paper or book procured from any Court of Record in this
State."
