tors that their attendance was required in the Senate Cham-
ber;

The vote whereby the enacting clause was stricken ont of
the bill entitled, an Act to provide for the disposition of the
Tobacco Warehouses of the State, in the city of Baltimore,
and for the building of new Warehouses on deep water ;

Was reconsidered.

On motion by Mr. Bowie,

Said bill was made the order of the day for to-morrow, the
16th instant.

The bill entitled, an Act to authorize Grayson Eichelberr
ger, State Bounty Commissioner of Frederick county, to pay
to Ezra S. Karns, Administrator of Thomas E. Karns, cer-
tain bounty;
