Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled, an Act to amend and re-enact sections 181
and 187, of article 8 of Public Local Laws for Cecil county,
relating to dogs, so as to read as follows.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Tome, Spates and Mules.

A bill entitled, an Act to refund to Charles H. Mitchum,
a sum of money erroneously paid ;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Finance.

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Frederick county
Super Phosphate and Manufacturing Company ;

Which was read the first time and referred to. the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
pay Fdward W. Curriden for publishing the laws of January
session, 1865;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Finance.

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Annapolis Fruit
and Oyster Packing Company;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act to authorize Thomas Fawcett, of
Montgomery county, to act as Postmaster and Justice of the
Peace;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled, an Act to repeal sections 151, 152, 153 and
154, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled,
Coroners and Inquests, in the city of Baltimore, and to sub-
stitute therefor, the following;

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Comp-
ton, Henkle and Kimmel.

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Franklin Fire
Insurance Company of Baltimore Maryland;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee
on Corporations.

Somerset county to clean his oyster bedding grounds at his
landing in Wicomico river with scrape or dredge;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
