O'Donnell street with the western line of Baltimore county,
to repair or re-supply the scales and adapt them to the weigh-
ing of live stock, as well as hay and straw and to provide

Lewis, of Baltimore city to Mary Elizabeth Young.

No. 243. An act to create a Board of Commissioners to
keep open the harbor of Baltimore, and the access thereto
free from obstruction by ice, and for harbor and river relief.

No. 244. An act to incorporate the Wright Mining Com-
pany of Allegany county.

No. 245. An act to change the name of John S. Smith, of
Somerset county and State of Maryland, to that of John S.
Powell.

enact the same with amendments.
