county, relating to the business of the Circuit courts and the
summoning of jurors in said county, passed at the January
session, 1866, of the General Assembly of Maryland, chap-
138, and re-enact the same as amended.

No. 19. An act to change the name of Ellenor Kate Pur-
nell to Emma Catherine Purnell.

No. 20. An act to refund taxes erroneously paid by Wil-
liam Gilmor and Robert Gilmor, Jr., of Baltimore city, into
the State Treasury and to the Register of Baltimore city.

No. 21. An act to secure the completion of the Wicomico
and Pocomoke Railroad.

No. 22. An act authorizing the payment of the salary of
the Hon. Silas Morris Cochran, late Associate Justice of the
Court of Appeals of Maryland, for the quarter ending De-
cember 31st, 1866.

No. 23. An act for the relief of the Grand Lodge of An-
cient, Free and Accepted Masons of Maryland.

No. 24. An act to add two additional sections to the Code
of Public General Laws entitled. Crimes and Punishments,
relating to funerals.

No. 25. An act to authorize and empower the County Com-
missioners of Washington county, in their discretion, to as-
sume such part of the debt of the Mayor and Councilmen of
the town of Hagerstown, known as the McCausland debt,
as they may deem just and equitable.

No. 26. An act to change the name of W. H. C. Oldson
to Harry Oldson Palmer.

No. 27. An act to authorize the County Commissioners of
Dorchester county to aid in the completion of the Dorchester
and Delaware Railroad.

No. 28. An act to secure the completion of the Dorchester
and Delaware Railroad.

No. 29. An act entitled, an act to authorize the city of
Cumberland to bridge the Potomac.

No. 30. An act to authorize the Baltimore Steam Packet
Company to issue bonds and increase their capital stock to
the amount of their expenditures.

No. 31. An Act to incorporate the Ashland Iron Company
of Baltimore county,

No. 32. An act to provide for the selection, drawing and
summoning of juries in Washington, Frederick and Carroll
counties, and prescribing their qualifications.
