TITLES OF LAWS.
No. 1. An act for the relief of John Welsh a surety on
the bond of John Barnard, a former Sheriff of Allegany
county.
No. 2. An act entitled, an act to repeal section two hun-
dred and twenty-seven of article four of the Code of Public Lo-
cal Laws relating to elections in Baltimore city, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.
No. 3. An act to repeal an act passed at the January ses-
sion of the General Assembly in the year 1867, entitled, an
act to repeal the fourth, seventh, fifteenth, sixteenth and
twentieth sections of the fourth article of the Public Local
Laws of the city of Baltimore, relative to the qualification of
electors in said city, and regulating the time for holding
elections for Mayor and Members of the City Council, and
the terms and times for entering upon the duties of said offi-
cers, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
No. 4. An act to incorporate Corsica Lodge, number one
hundred and eighteen, of Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons
of Queen Anne's county.
No. 5. An act to confirm the proceedings of Commission-
ers appointed by Worcester county Court to divide the real
estate of Wheatly Dennis, late of Worcester county, de-
ceased .
No. 6. An act to additional sections to article — of the
Code of Public General Laws, supplemental vol. 2, title,
Small Pox.
No. 7. An act granting the assent of the Legislature to a
legacy bequeathed by a codicil lo the last will and testament
of Charlotte E. Graham, late of Cecil county, deceased, to
the Trustees of Zion Church, at Cecilton, in said county.
No. 8. An act to amend the act of 1856, chapter 257, en-
titled, an additional supplement to the act entitled, an act
