SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is
hereby directed to issue his warrant on the Trea-
surer to pay William S. Boyle, one thousand and
fifty dollars; Frederick Raine, one hundred dol-
lars; William Wales, one hundred dollars; A. S.
Abell & Co., one hundred dollars; Charles Cole,
seventy-four dollars; Charles Smith, assignee of
Baughman & Norris, thirty-seven dollars and
sixty-two cents; W. H. Ruby, eighty dollars and
fifty cents; M. Fields, twenty-one dollars and
seventy-five cents; Keefer, Smith & Co., eighteen
dollars and fifty cents, J. B. Mansfield, thirteen
dollars and sixty-six cents; B. Everett Smith,
John W. Wright, Black, Ebert & Co., Mrs.
Rinehart, Longnecker & Conner, Know & Bro.
W. H. Lowdermilk, Colton & Riley, Thomas J.
Turner, W. E. Weber, Sheppard & Lynch, E. E.
Ewing, E. Wells, Plummer & Usilton, E. F.
