AN ACT to continue in force an Act entitled an
Act to regulate and make uniform the fees of
Constables, passed January session, eighteen
hundred and sixty-five, chapter sixty-seven. |

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Act of January Session,
eighteen hundred and sixty-five, chapter sixty-
seven, entitled an Act to regulate and make uni-
form the fees of Constables, and which will expire
on the first day of April, eighteen hundred and
sixty-seven, be and the same is hereby continued
in force until the first day of April, eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-nine. |

Sec. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT entitled, "An Act to confirm the title
of Worcester county to the public road leading
from the village of Sandy Hill to Parker's Bay,
in said county, and the wharf of said Bay. |

WHEREAS, doubts have arisen as to the legally
locating the public road leading from Sandy Hill
to Parker's Bay, in Worcester county, therefore, |
Preamble. |
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the right of Way and free use
of the public road now leading from the village of
Sandy Hill to Parker's Bay, and the wharf at
said Bay, be and the same is hereby declared to be
the common property of Worcester county upon
the same conditions that other public roads and
wharfs are held and occupied by said county, and
the County Commissioners of said county are |
