Strike out all after the "resolution" and add the following
in lieu thereof: "in favor of Frances Wimsatt, Ellen Wimsatt,
and Nancy Wiles, of Harford county."

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of Maryland be and he is hereby directed, on the
warrant of the Comptroller, to pay over to Frances Wimsatt
and Ellen Wimsatt, widowi respectively of Benedict and Jas.
L. Wimsatt, and to Nancy Wiles, former widow of Ephraim
Gover Hopkins, soldiers of the war of 1812, each, or to their
order, in quarterly payments, the sum of eighty dollars per
year, during their lives, from the passage of this resolution.

Which was read and adopted.

The resolution was then read the third time and passed by
yeas and nays as follows :
