. JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 7,

Mr. Vickers, from the Committee on Judicial Procedings,
reported a bill entitled, an Act to add a section after section
53, of Article 8, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Cecil
county, sub-title Circuit Court, to authorize the Clerk to enter
judgments therein;

Which waa read the first time.

Mr. Vickers, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported a bill entitled, an Act to amend the charter
of the Kent county Railroad Company, passed Janu-
ary session, 1856, chapter 148, entitled, an Act to incorporate
the Kent county Railroad Company to secure the completion
of the said Eoad by the issuing of additional bonds of the
company and to provide for the payment of the State subscrip-
tion for stock in said company, and to waive the State lien;

Which was read the first time

The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Miners' and
Mechanics' Co-operative Store of Franklin Mines in Allegany
county;

Said bill was then read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays as follow:
