For the salary of the Governor of Maryland,
four thousand dollars; for the salary of the Secre-
tary of State, one thousand dollars; for the salary
of the Comptroller of the Treasury Department,
twenty-five hundred dollars; for the salary of the
Chief Clerk to the Comptroller, fifteen hundred
dollars; for the salary of the First Assistant Clerk
to the Comptroller, twelve hundred dollars; for
the salary of the Second Assistant Clerk to the
Comptroller, one thousand dollars; for the salary
of the Treasurer, twenty-five hundred dollars; for
the salary of the Clerk to the Treasurer, fif-
teen hundred dollars; for the salary of the Pri-
vate Secretary to the Governor, one thousand
dollars; for the Commissioner of the Land Office,
two thousand dollars; for the salary of the State
Librarian, fifteen hundred dollars; to the Assist-
ant Librarian, four hundred dollars in addition to
the amount of six hundred dollars to be paid out
of the Library contingent fund, for the salary of
the State Superintendent of Public Instruction,
twenty-five hundred dollars. |

For the salaries of the five Judges of the Court
of Appeals, three thousand dollars each, fifteen
thousand dollars; for the salaries of the Judges
of the first twelve Circuits of this State, twenty-five
hundred dollars each, thirty thousand dollars; for
the salary of the Judge of the Superior Court of
Baltimore city, three thousand dollars; for the
salary of the Judge of the Court of Common Pleas
of Baltimore city, three thousand dollars; for the
salary of the Judge of the Criminal Court of Bal-
timore city, three thousand dollars; for the salary
of the Judge of the Circuit Court for Baltimore
city, three thousand dollars; for the salary of the
Attorney General, twenty-five hundred dollars ;
for Special Judge, appointed in pursuance of sec-
tion eight of article four of the Constitution, five
thousand dollars; for commissions to Attorneys;
five thousand dollars; to the Sheriff and Crier of
the Court of Appeals, fifteen hundred dollars; fur
the Salary of the State Reporter, nine hundred
dollars; for the State's subscription to two hun- |
