the requirements of the public interest, to obtain
two suitable dockets, and to copy and transcribe
therein the contents of the dockets in the office of
said Register of Wills, embracing the appoint-
ments of all executors, administrators and guar-
dians, from the year eighteen hundred and
twenty-six to eighteen hundred and sixty, and to
index the same in the usual manner of arranging
records in said office.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That upon
the completion of the said dockets, as hereinbe-
fore provided for, and upon the approval and
acceptance of the same by the Orphans' Court of
said county, the Commissioners of said county
shall levy for the use of the said Register, as
other county charges are now levied, such sum of
money as the said transcribing shall amount to,
at the rate now allowed by law to Registers for
recording and indexing.

Sec. 3. And be further it enacted. That this Act
shall take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to revive and continue in force the Act
of 1854, Chapter 60, entitled, "An Act to
incorporate a society in Washington county to
be styled, ' The Agricultural and Mechanical
Association of Washington county.' "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Act of: eighteen hun-
dred and fifty-four, Chapter sixty, entitled, "An
Act to incorporate a society in Washington county
to be styled, ' The Agricultural and Mechanical
Association of Washington county,' be and the
same is hereby revived and continued in force with
all the powers, franchises and privileges conferred
in the said Act of eighteen hundred and fifty-four,
Chapter sixty.
