set aside, the said Court may direct another inqui-
sition to be taken in the manner above described,
and upon such confirmation by the Court, and the
payment of the amount of damages, the sheriff
shall execute a deed of the property so condemned,
and such inquisition shall describe the property
taken by metes and bounds, and the valuation
when paid or tendered by the corporation shall
entitle said corporation to the use and occupation
during their corporate existence, and if the valu-
ation shall not be received when tendered, it may
be received any time afterwards, and all the ex-
penses incurred by said inquisition shall be paid
by the said corporation.

Reservation.

Sec. 5. And be it enacted, That the General As-
sembly doth hereby reserve to itself the right to
alter, amend or rescind this charter at any time in
its discretion.

Sec. 6. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Springs Railway Company.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That Archibald Stirling, Sr.,
Horatio L. Whitridge, Johns Hopkins, E. Wyatt
Blanchard, J. Morrison Harris, be and they are
hereby appointed Commissioners to take subscrip-
tions to the capital stock of the Baltimore and
Hall's Springs Railway Company hereby incorpo-
rated, and that they, or a majority of them may
cause books to be opened at such times and places;
and for such period or periods, and upon such no-
tice as they may deem expedient, and may re-open
the same from time to time, for the purpose
of receiving subscriptions to said capital stock;
