entitled, an Act to secure settlement with the Bounty Com-
missioners of the several counties, and the register of the city
of Baltimore for bounty funds paid by the Treasurer of the
State into their hands under act of 1864, chapter 15; and also
with the Maryland State Bounty Commissioners for the said
counties and city respectively for bounty funds placed in their
hands under the Acts of 1865, chapter 33 and 106, respec-
tively;
Which was read the first time.
The Chair announced the second order of the day, being
the bill entitled, an Act to provide for taking the sense of the
people of the State on a call of a Convention to frame a new
Constitution and Form of Government, and for assembling
the members thereof;
